OUR STORY
We Set the Standard for Pelvic Health Care in Central Iowa
Pelvic health isn't just one of the services we offer — it's what we do best.

Through hands-on, one-on-one care and treatment that actually works, we're helping women and men move better, feel stronger, and feel like themselves again.

Specialized Expertise
We live and breathe pelvic health. That focus lets us catch and treat things other physical therapy clinics miss entirely.

Whole-Person Care
We treat your pelvic floor and everything connected to it — your stress, your emotions, your daily chaos.

Judgment-Free Care
Bring us the things you're embarrassed to tell your doctor. We've heard it all, and we won't blink. That's basically our Tuesday.

Personalized Care Plans
We build your plan around your body, your history, and your quirks.

Helping you feel like yourself again
We believe every pelvic floor deserves to work as it's designed to with full bladder control, pain-free intimacy, a strong core, and the freedom to move without a second thought. That's the whole reason we do this work.

EXPERTS WHO CARE
Compassionate Experts, Specialized Care
A team dedicated to your pelvic health
We spend our days working with pelvic floors, which is a professional way of saying we talk about butts and vaginas more than most people do in a lifetime. Nothing you tell us is TMI. The more we know, the faster and better we can help.
We have helped people find relief and healing after months, sometimes years, of feeling dismissed. Whether you're recovering after childbirth, managing pelvic organ prolapse, dealing with persistent pain, or just trying to get back to the things you love, we're here for it.

Dr. Courtney Buhrow
Owner and Physical Therapist
Courtney grew up in Cedar Falls, Iowa and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelors in Exercises Science. She then received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa in 2018.
She was introduced to physical therapy while in high school, when she had an injury of her own playing sports. Since that point, she has continued to learn and discover ways that physical therapy can help individuals regain their function and get their lives back. With her experience in multiple health care settings, it has equipped her to see the whole person rather than a single injury. With three kids of her own, she knows what it is like to return to sport or exercise following pregnancies and deliveries. She is passionate about helping other women return to the sports and activities they love without pain or peeing their pants. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling, extra training in Women’s/Pelvic Health, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Outside of the office, you can find Courtney spending time with her husband Travis and their three kids, traveling to see family and friends, or engaging in competition of any kind. She is an avid runner and loves a night out on the golf course. In her free time you will find her playing with her kids, training for a race, or playing a round of golf!
Haylee Wilkening
Occupational Therapist
Haylee grew up in LeGrand, Iowa and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She then received her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 2017.
She was first encouraged by her father, who was her high school guidance counselor, to explore occupational therapy as a career. Around that same time, her grandfather was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia and quickly lost function physically and cognitively. Her grandfather’s work with an Occupational therapist inspired her to pursue a career in the field to better help individuals be able to do the things they love by treating the entire person. Her passion for treating holistically and looking at the person, not just the injury, has been a driving force for her passion in being an OT. Haylee is Women’s/pelvic health certified with a passion for helping women do the things that bring them joy pre and postpartum.
Haylee married her high school sweetheart, Keegan and they have three children. She and her family love to spend time outside together and playing sports, specifically softball and football. You can find her cheering on the Hawkeyes in the fall while her husband would prefer the Cyclones. Haylee enjoys working out, specifically strength training, and is always looking for a new challenge both physically and mentally.
